Chiropractor Ralph Lindel D.C.

In addition to spinal manipulation, Dr. Lindel, Chiropractor utilizes various soft-tissue techniques, physiotherapy modalities, low-force manipulative techniques and exercise therapy in the care of his patients. He has a special interest in the diagnosis and treatment of disc disorders, sciatica, and text neck syndrome.

Dr. Lindel, Chiropractor, graduated from the National College of Chiropractic in May 1984 and began his practice in New Hyde Park, NY. In 1994 he opened a second office within Gold’s Gym in East Northport, NY. After 21 years as a clinical Chiroprator, Dr. Lindel left private practice in 2005 to pursue other interests. However, realizing how much he missed treating patients, Dr. Lindel returned to practice as a Chiropractor in May 2012, forming Succasunna Chiropractic and Spine Rehab in Succasunna, NJ. In the course of his practice as a Chiropractor, Dr. Lindel has helped tens of thousands of patients suffering from painful conditions.

During his leave of absence from Chiropractic in 2005 Dr. Lindel enjoyed a successful career in medical device sales, representing many cutting edge devices used in spine surgery and interventional pain management procedures. Dr. Lindel continued to use and further develop his clinical skills by attending training classes that included anatomy review, participating in cadaver labs, and being in the operating room almost daily as a consultant for the products being used in spinal fusion surgery and in pain management procedures, such as spinal cord stimulation and radio-frequency ablation . In May 2009 he obtained additional certification in Manipulation-Under-Anesthesia. As you can see, Dr. Lindel possesses a broad base of knowledge ranging from conservative Chiropractic care to minimally invasive Interventional Pain Management, to minimally and maximally invasive Spine Surgery. These diverse experiences have made Dr. Lindel a better Chiropractor and an excellent resource for his patients with back and neck pain, helping them navigate treatment options from the very conservative to the maximally invasive.

Among his accomplishments, Dr. Lindel, Chiropractor, is the inventor of the X-Ray Assist Bar, an x-ray positioning device, which has been Patented and FDA Approved. The first installation of this device was at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City. The X-Ray Assist Bar has since been installed at many additional facilities.
